What you can expect with the Basic SEO Evaluation:
- A power point presentation of the evaluation in clear terms you can understand, delivered by email.
- You will know if you need to do more work in SEO and what are your most important SEO needs to address.
- We will not make any changes or improvements. This is a “health check” of your existing website.
- Your fee ($49) will be deducted from any further SEO service you might engage us to do.
The SEO Plan for Small Business - $1495.00
The SEO plan is an extensive evaluation and 12-month game plan for your website.
With the information you receive in your SEO plan notebook, you will be able to address systematically what needs to be enhanced, changed, constructed, researched or applied to improve your SEO over the next year. SEO takes time. It is an organic search function, and you are somewhat at the mercy not only of your efforts, but the efficiency and expediency of the search engines.
Your SEO plan will include:
- An analysis of your business within your industry context
- Clarification of your business goals and how they relate to your website
- Keyword Research – what are the most relevant terms, and the least competitive terms and the balance of both - 10 Keywords provided, with navigation tips to enhance your search engine indexing.

Monthly SEO Services – Cost based on SEO plan results. (Minimum 6-month contract)

We take your SEO plan, (a prerequisite to our monthly services) and do the work. Initially we have our work cut out for us getting you up and running with your new keywords, finding new linking websites, and setting up the Meta information properly. Once the foundation is prepared, we spend hours each month monitoring keywords, search indexing, and analytic reports etc.
We cannot guarantee that you will be #1 on the major search engines. Many variables are not always in our control. However, from your SEO plan, we can project what kind of increase you can expect over the next year, and we will work with you to see you business goals accomplished.
